She was a young lady, afraid to leave the house, with a lot of anxiety and shyness. An extremely severe case of depression... and she, also, wanted to end her own life.

It was with great difficulty that one day a young lady walked into my office and sat in the chair in front of me. With a fleeting look, always crestfallen and extremely shy... se was. Only after sitting and long minutes passed before she gained the courage to answer to my questions. It was with a tremulous voice, almost impossible to hear, that I realized the tremendous unhappiness of this young lady.

She had dropped out of the university in the last two years and almost hardly she was able to go out of her house. She was unable to speak to strangers. When talking to someone, even her legs were trembling... and she had to sit.

She made three sessions during a week and afterwards she managed to regain her self-confidence and self-esteem. She went back to the university and now she lives a perfectly normal life.
